TAF Verzekeringen had a clear goal: applying for a disability insurance (AOV) had to become simpler, faster, and more accessible. Solvy was commissioned to replace the outdated application flow with a modern application that removes barriers and increases conversions.
Challenge
A disability insurance is a complex product, but the customer should not experience it that way. The old process no longer matched current digital standards. There was a need for streamlining that guides potential customers without requiring manual back-office work right away.

- Modern tech stack: The technological foundation was completely renewed. We replaced the outdated systems with a headless architecture. The decoupled frontend provides a lightning-fast user experience.
- Seamless integration: The tool is in direct connection with TAF’s pricing systems. Premiums are always accurate and applications are immediately forwarded to the administration.

The new AOV tool gives TAF’s online service offering an immediate boost:

The next step
The power of the new architecture proves itself in the next phase of the project. We are currently expanding the tool so that it becomes multitenant.
This means that TAF partners will soon be able to use the same powerful application flow. The tool can easily be integrated into a partner’s environment or offered as a white-label solution.
