Stichting Kunstzinnige Vorming Rotterdam (SKVR) is the largest Center for the Arts in the Netherlands. They offer courses, workshops and events in a variety of art disciplines. Their mission is to make art accessible to all Rotterdammers, young and old. To make their offerings easily accessible, a modern and clear website was needed.
High expectations
The expectations were high for SKVR's new website. The target audience had to feel addressed. With intended audiences in all age groups, that is a challenge in itself. In addition, SKVR wanted insight into visitor behavior. More insight leads to a higher conversion rate. Finally, the website had to be future-proof. A modular design based on open source platform Drupal was therefore chosen.
Integrations for optimal results
Several external technologies are integrated to achieve the best possible experience. Think of Microsoft Dynamics NAV as PIM/ERP, but also technology for importing products, order management, customer management and online payments. All this technology together has resulted in an attractive and well-organized webshop for art education that can be used by everyone.
Award winning website
SKVR has won a Splash award with its website. The Splash awards are given to the best Dutch and Flemish Drupal projects.
